Oakhaven Nursing Center offers a broad array of services and resources for the senior community.

Short-Term and Long-Term Stays - Different seniors need different levels of care, and Oakhaven can help you assure skilled care whatever you need. We offer an 88-bed facility for both short-term - temporary stays for someone who has been sick or injured and needs special care during recovery period - or long-term care for families who can no longer care for their loved one.

Rehabilitation - Oakhaven Nursing Center offers its senior residents physical, occupational and speech therapy. Professional, highly-qualified therapists specializing in geriatric needs provide rehabilitation services on location.

Extensive Activities Program - At Oakhaven, we strive to assure an active and enjoyable lifestyle for our patients who wish to participate in our extensive activities program. Residents can participate in music, singing, crafts and exercise classes at Oakhaven as well as go shopping and touring nearby locations.

Therapeutic Dining Program - Our Therapeutic Dining Program offers meals that are modified for content or consistency for patients with special diets and needs.
